The interest form is not a commitment, just a chance for us to get to know each other better and see if we are an aligned fit to work together. Once your form is reviewed by me, I will send you an invitation for a free interest call.

1:1 Coaching Packages

Option 1: 

Bundle of 6 sessions over 3 months, each one hour in length. Meeting bi-weekly. 

  • You will receive a follow up email with action items, things to work on, etc. 

  • Journal prompts, meditations, keep you encouraged and motivated

  • Receive weekly access to me for guidance if/when things come up over the free app Telegram…it’s like a walkie talkie!

  • Welcome packet

Option 2: 

Bundle of 12 sessions over 3 months, each 1 hour in length. Meeting weekly. 

  • You will receive a follow up email with action items, things to work on, etc.

Reiki energy healing in person (local)
Facial/head/hand/foot massage (local)

There will be an opportunity to combine private coaching, reiki, and massage in a session. Stay tuned for more details. Pricing for bundles will be discussed on our free interest call together.
